Messing up helps you learn. Most mini snowflakes that I make are accidental. And sometimes instead of small or empty in the middle, then end up... unique.

Here is something I found amongst my pictures. These were my main tools of choice. That same protractor is still a key part of my process. The scissors, unfortunately was lost. But I've found comparable replacements.
